Infection?

I recently had my left breast drained however I now have an infection as I went to my local docs for some tablets, back at the clinic this week as I have a bit of oozing? Anyone had this, does it heal on its own?

I’m sure it’ll heal up in time as long as u keep the area clean, well Aires and stay on keeping to ur meds schedule. As u have surgery it’s important meds are used to stop second infections it’s not something that should be left to heal alone. I’m not a nurse but ur body has suffered serious trauma it’s not like a simple cut or graze, several layers and muscle have been cut.

Make sure u have plenty of fresh fruit, veg and protein to help healing I took vit b complex, zinc and magnesium pre and post op and I thibk it really helped me.

No Hun I’d say needs medication as fran has said above you hand major sugury and several lays have been cut so if left to try and heal its self you risk the infection becoming more serious xxx

Yeah currently on my meds which finish next week. I think it’s clearing up but been advise to keep the area dry .
