Initial consultation booked!!

What should I take? And what questions should I ask!!

Got a few questions but want to make sure I remember to ask all the right things

I have my first appointment this Wednesday with my pc. When is your first appointment?

Mines on Thursday the 18th with Amy!

I would take a written list of questions with you, to ensure you don’t forget to ask everything you want to. Also, a pen as you’ll be given so much information I think it’s helpful to write some of it down. I wrote out each question and left a space underneath to jot down the answers.
Photos of what size/look you want to achieve may also be helpful as the person you’re meeting might interpret what you’re saying different to how you mean!

Ahh thank you Jo! That’s a good idea! I’ve scribbles a few questions out already but I think I’ll lay them out more neat with room for the answers like you say! And yes the pictures thing does seem a good idea! I’ll try get some together xx

I have had to change the date of my first appointment now as my friend now has to work so I’m now booked in the 22nd. I was really looking forward to tomorrow as well.

I have got some pictures and questions already. I would ideally like to go up about 5 sizes if it would be possible.

Take a sports bra with you to try on sizers too x

Consultation tomorrow! I’ve packed my notebook and pens, I only have a few pics saved to my camera roll of some inspo and I’ll try remember to pack my sports bra in the morning and take a tight tshirt with me in case I try on!! Xx
