Is 270cc overs to small?

Hi girls, I met my surgeon today (i’m not with MYA) and he recommended me no larger than 270cc overs as I’m 5’2 and petite. I do want a natural look however I am worried from mixed reviews that this is going to be too small and I will be disappointed with the outcome. Please can someone advise me what cup size to expect and what they’ve experienced? 🙂 x

Don’t be put off by a small implant, in similar stats to you and have 220/240 to correct asymmetry and I think I’m a 32 d/dd at the minute! They look so much bigger than I thought! Depends what look you are going for I guess but I wanted nice perky natural boobs xx

Ive had a 275 (i did also order the 300cc) but ive heard and been told so many times not to underestimate the smaller implants ???? if thats the size you’ve been recommended you should go with it also it will reduce the chances of rippling and will suit your frame better. Mine were unders and everyone said to go bigger…im soo glad i didn’t im 4dpo now x

Oh wow that sounds amazing Cassie I would be happy with that! Thank you both for the advice. I was originally offered 250cc max but I did try and push for a little bit more, where he then said no more than 270cc. I feel a lot better about the size I’ve gone for now and should trust my surgeon. I would be happy if I turned out a full C / D cup from it as I don’t want to go massive it’s just scary as it’s to the unknown of how it will turn out until it’s done. My opp is next month 🙂 x

There is no such thing as ‘too small’- your ‘too small’ may be someone else’s ‘too big’, so it definitely just depends on the look you want.
I had 275cc and went from a B to a DD, although they probably look like a typical D I would say. I’m 5ft 10 and they look natural and I’m definitely still in proportion. If I had gone much bigger I suspect I would look more obviously augmented, so these are all things to bear in mind
You just have to convey your hopes to your surgeon and trust their opinion (or get a 2nd opinion if you’re not sure…… I met with 3!).

I do agree a small implant goes a long way, especially of a petite frame. I have had 275 and 250 and no idea what I will be yet but they are definitely enough for me xx

I only had 200cc unders and I went from a 32 a to a d I’m so happy with mine!

Hiya, I’m 3WPO, was a 32A, 5’8 and 58kg, had 275 moderate plus under the muscle, very pleased with my results so far, currently a 32D (m&s high impact sports bra) 🙂 Attaching some pics for you to see 🙂 xx good luck with your surgery!

Thank you all so much ☺️ I feel loads better about it from all of your comments and I’m happy with the choice I’ve made. It’s hard to know what to expect until it’s done but I definitely think going from everyone’s comments I wouldn’t want any bigger than what I’ve chosen.
