Is 485 UHP too big from 34b?!

Hey, I’ve got surgery booked for 16th October and I’ve been recommended over the muscle in 400 HP or 485UHP based on my BWD of 12.5. I am 5″7 and a size 10/12 and a 34b now, I would ideally be a E cup afterwards,
my surgeon says he thinks the 485 will look a bit too full on me but I don’t wan to regret wishing I’d gone bigger but also don’t want looking hugely fake and sticking out loads ( there is only a 1cm more projection and same base width)
Any help or advise? Would love to see before and after pics of people who are similar to me, thank you xx

Hey Hun. Is the second picture what you wish to look like? I’m not sure if that is as big as 485 I would say that picture is a smaller implant, did you show the picture to your surgeon and say that’s what you wanted to look like?

I was a 32B before and now wearing a 32F sports bra and I had 400cc. Il attached a picture of my before and after. Xx

@amberlu1 I’ve not had surgery yet! Lol, the second picture is my “wish pic” of the result I want… I wish I was that slim lol xx

@hannahlaura hey, yes I’ve shown pictures to my surgeon and he thinks 400 will suit my frame but it’s so hard seeing others results and being tempted to go bigger, just want to make the right decision… your results look really good! Did you have overs and how ling are you post op xxx

I wish I could’ve had bigger. It may be what ‘suits your frame’ according to the surgeon but ultimately it’s what makes you happy. I went from a flat A to a D with 400hpo. Honestly, if you feel like it’ll be too small, don’t go that size. Majority of the girls I’ve read from on here have said they wish they’d picked the bigger size, I haven’t read one about wishing they were smaller x

I had 455UHP implants on monday from a 36b, i love them already. They just look in proportion with me now. Depends what look youre after i told my surgeon who was mr mounir i wanted a fake ish look. P.s im a 14 on bottom and size 12 on tops so not small by any means 🙂 xxx

@gemsehguh yours look fab but I think I would like to go bigger so they’re full although I have heard people say overs drop and fluff too and get bigger as the weeks go on!!! Was that the biggest size you were offered then? Xxx

@kmcg89x hey Kelly, do you have any before and afters as our stats are quite similar? And was that the biggest you could go? I was quite surprised I was given he option of 485 UHP, although I have breastfed so that might be why :/ xx

Hi hun I think it purley depends on your size/frame and what you’ve already got plus your skin elactisity…. mines poor so was only offered 240cc but even if it was good I don’t think my surgeon would of offered more than 350cc anyway because it would look silly on me. X

@kmcg89x I’d love to see how yours turn out as I had 240cc UHP but you had double what I had lol x

@Amy I’m having 470 UHP overs next week and I’m currently a 36B. I’m 5ft 2, weight 8 st 11lb and I’m a 10 on bottom and 8 on top.
I told my surgeon I wanted to be at least an E cup. I also said I wanted a fake-ish look too. I asked for the biggest size he would allow as i see so many girls on here saying they’d wished they’d gone bigger xx

@kelly alot of people on here use pic collage to get their photos to upload. Maybe try that? xx

Finally haha! So i was a 36b.. Biggest offered was 455UHP which i 100% wanted. So pleased with them so far cant wait until they look like proper boobs instead of cones tho lol xxx

@Kelly they look amazing! I love the red Macom too, you dont see many on here in that colour 🙂
I’m sure they’ll settle more after a bit of time passes xx

They look really good Kelly, mine would be 50cc bigger but don’t think that would be too big of a difference and your before pic is similar to mine, different people have so different results with the same size! Have any of you tried on the rice sizers and think they are true to size as I’ve made mine in 400 and they look fine but I know surgeons done think they’re a good way to estimate how yours look xx

Thanks girls, katie i love the red one so did the nurse at preston she kept complimenting it. I bought a red black and white lol got black on today. Amy i would definitely take the biggest size offered, that way theres no regrets. I never tried rice sizers so cant help with that sorry xxx

Yes I think I will take biggest size as like you said you won’t regret it then and I know if I chose the smaller size I’d regret it down the line ????Xx

All that’s putting me off is then UHP aspect, do any of you girls who have had UHP have a side profile picture as I don’t want them sticking out TOO much lol xx

Amy have you had a look at the mentor website and the different profiles and sizes? Theres less than 1cm difference between the projection of high profile and ultra high profile chick. The difference is tiny in lol xxx

Hey Kelly, I’m not going with mya and I’m having the polyurethane implants, yes there’s only a 1cm difference in them as I asked surgeon to send me the measurements, think HP is 5.3 and UHP is 6.3 so hardly anything, it’s also the 85cc difference between the sizes so it’d be a lot fuller, still think I’ll get the bigger size as I will have so much regret if I don’t lol xx

@amykate11 yeah the highest I could get was the 400cc. He knew I wanted bigger so ordered up to a 450cc, but they wouldn’t get in my tiny boobs 🙁 so yeah, basically, don’t be hesitant about being bigger, because when I tried on the bras in MYA, they were bigger than the actual implant inside my boob. You’ll lose a bit of size once they’re inside. Xx
