I am 3WPO tomorrow and I am in the most discomfort since having the op !!!!
The itching is hell on earth!!!!!! I had the worse sleep last night and I’m dreading having another restless night tonight.
I’m constantly itching and feel like I want to rip my boobs off my chest. Its not even where the incisions are as I know that would be a sign of healing but its the top and side of the boobs.

Because I had an uplift I’ve been told not to wash that area, the most I can do is get a damp flannel and wipe the area and not going anywhere near the anchor type incisions.

I wasn’t sure if I was allergic to the plaster or if its super normal to feel like your itching yourself to near death. I am literally making my skin red raw. 🙁 this feels by far worse than any of my eczema itch breakouts.
I’ve tried Ice packs and they don’t work.
I have read a few post where a few ladies have felt the same, if so what did you do to help it and how long did it last for?

You might be able to get an anti itch cream or lotion from the chemist as well/ cooling pads, try patting/gently rubbing the area rather scratching as scratching can make it itch more making u scratch then ur in a vicious circle xx
