Soo it kinda just hit me that my BA is in 7 days! I’ve been so excited for so long, I looked forward to having boobs from a young age, so I was very disappointed when the realisation hit me they were not going to grow anymore! I’m nervous, so, so nervous. I’m worried about the outcome been a disaster, the pain I’m going to be in and been put sleep!

Does anybody have any tips please on keeping my calm about it and putting the worries aside ??!

    Thank you
    x

You will be completely fine, all of these worries will seem like a distant memory once you’ve had it done x

@liv96I had mine 3 weeks ago dual plane ,(under the muscle) 365cc you’ll be fine I worry so much and after I thought can’t believe how easy it was ,the needle getting put to sleep wasn’t even bad there is that much going on you don’t even have time to think . The cannula was what I was worried about he most but it’s not bad at all, I was literally shaking sat in the room but honestly it’s not even that bad after I come around I was like I can’t believe how much I worked my self up xxx

I had my op Saturday just gone, I was only really worried about the recovery. Honestly I’ve found it amazing. Day 3PO I could brush and put up my hair and shave my underarms. 5DPO I almost have full arm movement, can’t do any heavy lifting and still taking it easy but on no pain relief now. Sleeping has been fine for me. I wish I hadn’t worried so much. Got my first post op appointment today, can’t wait to see them and get this bra off for a minute! Good luck. Get lots of films to watch after and enjoy the rest xxx

I have my op 8th march too (not with mya). I’m so excited but the reality is starting to kick in and making me so nervous too.
I keep trying to make lists of things that I need for when I go in for the op, things I need for when I’ve had the op etc xx

handy little tip ladies … you have to sleep uprright for few few weeks depending on your surgeon advice .. so i bought one of those beanie travel pillows ..what a godsend ! .. saved me many sleepless nights and so comfy .. also keep up with your painkillers .. day 5 my pain peaked .. after that it was day by day better and better 😀 good luck ! xx
