I think your supposed to sleep on your back as to not let gravity distort the pocket they make for the implant 🙂 after six weeks is fine when its all healed i believe x

Your meant to sleep propped up for 6 weeks x

It’s torture I know but definitely should be on your back or even a little propped up. I’ve found that the v pillow really keeps me laying on my back I sort of lay it flat on the bed so it’s hugging me and then pop one pillow on the top of it for my head. Hope that makes sense.

No sleeping on side until 6 weeks. I still slept propped up because I found sleeping flat on my back encouraged me to roll over xx

At my week check I told the nurse I started sleeping on my side and she said it’s fine as long as there’s no pain. Maybe just double check with yours x

I was allowed to sleep on my side after the first week! It doesn’t make a difference as long as your sports bra is supportive, I was told to sleep however your comfortable after the first week, I’m 10 weeks post op & it hasn’t affected mine Xx

My surgeon also said it’s fine to sleep on my side, again, as long as there’s no pain! He said you would have to d something pretty serious to damage the pockets and you would defintely feel it.

I tend to sleep on my side with one leg folded out to the side, and I found putting a cushion under that leg stopped me rolling too far into my side and squashing my boobs in.
