Hi girls, i have seen there is not alot of information on labiaplasty with Mr Ibraheim. I am now post op 2 days and I absolutely love it! He is the best surgeon there is for this particular surgery, he only specalises in this field and this is why you should put all trust in him. He does this day in and day out you can’t get much better than him.
My whole journey went pretty fast I booked my surgery before I had even met my surgeon having seen his results I just knew this was something I wanted doing and had to be done as soon as possible.

Most people ask what the cost of this surgery is and not alot of answers were clear but the cost for labiaplasty is £3,995. Because I wanted to book so quickly my only option available was the over night stay on top which is £400 extra on top (Speak to your PC about this, but i recommend staying if you can afford it) , this is because my slot was the last of the day, I was the last one to have surgery so recovery time would go beyond midnight. I also had my surgery at MYA Fiztory in London, the nurses and staff were so friendly and amazing, lovely hospital too. The girl in the same room as me had hers done at 8am and really felt unsteady due to anesthetic and wish she had paid to stay just to make sure she was fully recovered. I would not have been able to leave that same night i was far too dizzy but the next day I was up and ready to go.
Straight after the op in the recovery room I felt abit of pain down below and they gave me some morphine which helped so much I was completely num and I think that was the last time I felt any really bad pain.
I had abit of spotting of blood when they came to check my wounds and dressing but immediately you can see the results and I was crying with joy it was so amazing. I had absolutely no problem going to the toilet, no stinging pain at all which they say you have but I didn’t and still don’t.
It is still swollen mainly on one side 2days post op but the ice packs are bringing that down alot and I have been taking medication called ‘ARNICA’ from holland and barratt this takes swelling and bruising down which I took straight after surgery and has been amazing, I highly recommend.

I have a follow up appointment with the nurse in a weeks time to check the wounds and healing process/results. I will post to let you know how this goes. But up to now girls honestly best thing I have ever done! I was always so self conscious, now i feel a million dollars. I am fit and ready to go, I was a day after the op but give yourself a week in bed to make sure its healing nicely that is what I am doing.
Mr. Ibraheim is the best surgeon available I couldn’t recommend anyone else. He came to check on my straight after the op and 4 hours later and said it was now “perfect” and gave me a big hug, such a lovely man and excellent at his job.

If anyone would like any more information about anything during or before my procedure I would be happy to help.

Hi I am 4 days post op just wondering how your swelling is?

    Hey Hannah,
My swelling is still visible but only on my outer lips everything seems to be just perfect inside. One side of my outer lip is super bruised and he said it would be for some reason I don’t know, so that’s the side with the most swelling but every day I wake up it seems to be going down. Take Arnica tablets and ice it everyday, also my nurse told me to boil water and put loads of salt in, let it cool and then pour it over the wound this will make it heel faster and it really has worked.

How are you liking the results so far or can you not tell?

Hello guys… I had my procedure on the 12th of December in London. How are you guys finding the healing process? I’m so up and down at the minute. It’s becoming itchy whether that is where the stiches are healing I’m not sure! I’m still very swollen.. but that’s understandable. Would you recommend Arnica tablets? Many thanks! X

    Hey Dani,

I had mine on the 12th in London too how strange! Yeah healing is going well my stitches are starting to push themselves out so it’s just started to become a tad itchy and uncomfortable. Other than that I’m abit bruised on one side but every day it’s going down. Arnica is amazing it’s helping a lot! I keep pouring salt and warm water over the wound every time I go to the toilet to keep it as clean as possible I think that’s why I’m healing so quick and the stitches are already moving. But so far really happy with it! Only issue I’ve had was taking the co codomal tablets I’ve been so constipated so that was a very bad idea as we aren’t supposed to push! Nightmare!

Ah we must have been there the same day! I was in a room alone and went down at 10am. My stiches don’t really seem to be coming out at the minute. Still have a lot of them there! And still very much swollen inside and out. Everytime I go to the toilet I’m pouring water down to and showering twice a day also and using fem fresh. Warm salt water? Does that not sting?! I may buy some arnica tablets and give it a go, see if anything improves. Yeah I’m also not trying to take any painkillers anymore and it’s been like a week and i haven’t gone yet which is making me feel sick at times. Hope healing continues! X

HI girls my op was on the 12th in London too! My swelling is still so bad so I was worried as I can’t imagine it ever going back to normal! But it’s made me feel better knowing yous are still swollen too, think I will feel a lot better when I have had my post op! I’ve not had any bruising at all though which seems weird cause everyone else seems to have wrote about that but guess I’ve just been lucky on that front. Think I will definitely start using the salt water as I wasn’t told about that! I have also come off the pain killers the pain isn’t too bad it’s just a little sensitive and itchy but I think that could be the healing? X

Hey girls! That is mad as if we were all on the same day! I had my post op check up yesterday and she said everything was healing amazing she was amazed with my results she was like I want mine doing to its so neat! Swelling and bruising is still normal at this point she said, I got told I have a hematoma on one side which is a posh word for a really bad bruise kind of like a dark blood clot but nothing to worry about just keep icing it and it will go like any other bruise. She cleaned it with sterile pink liquid which stung like a bitch. She said with the salt and water to boil it let it cool and then with cotton pads soak them in the salt and water and give it a good clean minimum twice a day! You basically wipe it down from top to bottom get right inside where the stitches are and use a fresh pad for every wipe keep it super clean! This will help the stitches to move faster and for it to heel quicker then don’t forget to dry it with a hairdryer on cool make sure it’s extra dry! Yes arnica tablets are amazing defo buy them. I spoke to the nurse about not going to the toilet and she said to eat lots of fresh fruit and protein diet is key for recovery which is hard for me as I’m vegan so I’m taking vitamin b12 as a supliment. But take senokot tablets every night until you go as this can actually be the most uncomfortable thing about the procedure. Above all on a good note don’t worry girls we are in this together. Do all of the above for faster and healthier recovery. Hope this helps x

It is weird that we was all the same day! I bought some of the arnica tablets too. They seem to be helping. Im not on any painkillers anymore as they bunged me up so bad. I had my 1 week check up with my nurse and she said I was all healing fine too and being swollen is still very normal at this stage. I was concerned as my inner lips are really hard to touch? But she said that’s just the stiches etc. She advised me when it is itching to use some canisten cream (thrush cream) as it will help to sooth the area. I couldn’t find it but I bought something from the same brand but basically it’s an intimate moisturiser. It’s like a clear gel and it has been working wonders! I’m not itchying at all and it helps it to be less tender to touch! I deffo found the constipation the worst thing!! And the GA made me feel so ill! Even a week after. Only today I’ve stopped feeling sick! Xx

Hey! So I asked my nurse about the itching and she said it’s a good sign means it’s healing and the nerves are joining again etc! Told me not to put any creams on or anything at all just keep washing with salt and water and to stop the itching take an antihistamine tablet or even 2 before bed and believe me this works wonders I never itch at all now. And believe it or not my swelling and bruising as drastically gone down since taking the antihistamines! But I know when I got lip fillers they told me to take them and they do work so everyone try this even straight after the op get it in your system and take daily or at night also helps you to sleep! And do NOT take co codomal tablets like they give you take another painkiller that doesn’t give you constipation!
I’m now not swollen much at all maybe just a tiny bit and my stitches are about to fall out this is around 1 and a 1/2 weeks I am post op so quick healing time for sure! X

So…. I have been slightly considering getting this done since I was 14 I am now 24 and I feel that the way I look and feel and what gets said about my body has shaped who I am today, and by that I mean I don’t really feel comfortable at all, I feel like letting myself go. Alot and dislike sexual experiences and feel alot of embarrassment, I look in the mirror and feel like a beast.. Hehe I also can’t really wear tight pants or knickers as I find it’s uncomfortable and I can’t shave my downstairs hair or I feel uncomfortable and things get irritated… The more I say the more I just feel the longing to get this done, Is it worth it, do you miss your bodies? Or is it like a new start to feel happy? What made you do it, and can you give me abit of a push in the right direction?

I would without a doubt recommended getting this done! I have also wanted it done for years but kept putting it off but once I’d made the first consultation the whole process was really quick and from first consultation to my op was all in under a month, I am now 2 weeks post op and although I am still swollen I would say it is one of the best things I have ever done!

Hey girls, I’m now nearly 3 weeks post op. I can honestly say it’s the best decision I have ever made in my entire life. I’ve wanted it done since I was around 14/15 too and I’ve never been comfortable with a guy and I’ve pushed them away or ran away from ever getting serious in a relationship because of this. I am a pretty confident person when it comes to everything else besides down there and it has held me back all of my life to be happy. Every time I’d even go to the toilet I’d get depressed about it. Honestly I feel like a new woman I have a lease of life again, and it’s honestly even if I say so myself the most perfect vagina it’s been a blessing that I’ve had the money to be able to afford this because I don’t think I would have ever been happy in my life if I hadn’t done this. I feel like I can’t wait to meet someone now and finally feel confident enough in myself to progress and enjoy life. Mr. Ibraheim is the best labiaplasty surgeon without a doubt as I’ve done a lot of research on this and many surgeons and seeing my own results just proves this. I’m not swollen at all now no bruising my stitches have fallen out and I’m practically healed. I can’t stop looking at now and I feel fantastic. I wish this was a topic girls talked about more and I’d love to be able to share my experience and be open about it with as many people as I can because it’s the best decision I’ve made in my entire life and I will forever be greatful to Mya and my amazing surgeon. GIRLS Don’t hold back any longer go out there and do it! Be happy and confident in yourself! Life is too short so do what makes you happy. I’d be happy to give advice to anyone so message me! X
