Labiaplasty recovery

I just had labiaplasty procedure done yesterday, I havnt had a call from a mya nurse yet dont really know what im suppose to be doing with after care. I checked with the hospital today they said it was too soon to shower or bath. It is extremly swollen getting a bit worried anyone else had labiaplasty done recently? If so any advice on how to look after it or when to expect the swelling to go down ekkkk.

or hun sounds painful, 1 of me m8s had it dun last yr, omg no defo cant get bathed or showered hun yet, n think u have to have salt bath to heal quicker, cant believe nurse never rang u,ring out of hours number hun if ur worried, hope ur sn feeling better xxx
