Hi ladies. Just been going over my paperwork PC gave me after my 1st consultation with my Surgeon and have realised that there is SO much info I wasn’t actually given? With regards to risks, my specific requirements / possible outcome personalised for my op etc. I’m due to pay the rest of the cost this week but feel a little unsure now because of the minimal info I’ve been given. Wondering if anyone else had this and then got more info at pre op maybe? Feeling so unsure but wanted this for soooo long 🙁 xx

Try and speak with your pc Hun and voice your concerns, I’m sure anything your concerned about will be cleared up 🙂 I went to my consultation with all questions I knew I’d forget in the notes in my phone, luckily I met with my chosen surgeon at the same time so I booked my surgery there and then. Hope you get your mind put to rest Hun x

Hi lovely. If you want to go ahead with your surgeon, you can always ask your PC to book you in for another appointment with him/her before your op. I actually had 3 appointments with my surgeon before my operation, due to some confusion about sizing etc. I paid after the first appointment, so there is plenty of scope for more, providing your surgeon has availability. Hope this helps x

Check your junk mail for patient care terms and condistions too! I was looking for mine to read over everything again and found it was in my spam folder the entire time! ????
