Ladies with 400cc unders

Hiya ladies just wondering if anyone has had 400cc unders, my op is nearly here so nervous, I’m having unders but I’m gutted because I really like the look of overs I’m a 34b so I am a bit confused why I’m having unders, any pictures would be great ladies xxxxx

Can you tell me what the difference between unders and overs are please? I’m a 34B too and I’m planning on getting 400 but I don’t know if I want unders or overs or what the difference is? Thanks ?

I’m having 400cc unders (mod+) but not until 26th of April! But I’m interested in seeing others pics 🙂

Hiya Jess, unders are under the muscle and overs are over the muscle, the surgeon usually decides this depending on how much breast tissue you have, I think that’s how it work. Is your surgery all booked Hun xxx

Hi hun I’m having 400cc overs on the 18th of April I think it depends on if you have enough breast tissue to cover the implant I would also like to see anyone else’s photos getting really excited now ?? when is your op booked for ? Xx

@tasha thanks so much Hun! I said I wanted to be a DD/E but I honestly can’t tell you how strong “boob greed” will hit you lol! I achieved a 30G & still wish I had bigger it’s madness lol! Just go with what you feel is right for you! My surgeon and I met last week & he did tell me they will go bigger over this year of full healing which is also something to consider X I have noticed because they are unders the more the muscle relaxes & the more they drop & fluff the bigger they are becoming xxx

I’m having 400cc unders from 34B on the 12th April. I think they recommend unders if you don’t have much breast tissue as there’s less change of seeing the edges of the implants so they look more natural. I haven’t really posted on here yet but I’ll add photos once it’s done, so feel free to add me 🙂 xx

I don’t know if I want mine to look natural! I want people to know I paid good money for these babies haha! So undecided on what I want, I just know I’d like to be a D/DD or maybe even bigger. I love big cleavage in tops and bras and that’s definitely what I want, but I don’t want just 2 round circles stuck to my chest so I’m not really sure. Dr Mounir asked if I wanted unders or overs and I said unders since I’d read that they have less chance of rippling or stuff like that but now I’m reading that overs tend to look better so I have no idea? There’s so much choice! xx

Haha I totally get what you mean! But at the same time I’ve seen some girls with unders on here with pretty impressive cleavage! I think it depends on how much breast tissue you have to cover the implant, less means an increased chance of rippling or being able to see the edges if they’re done over the muscle. I don’t have much which is why I’m going with unders (my surgeon actually asked me “are you sure you haven’t had any children?” at my consultation!!) xx

I have 36 days to go! Been texting my boyfriend every day “39” “38” “37” “36” haha. Wish it was here already! Can’t wait to see my PC to try stuff on again and see what she suggests. I think I might ask if I can take that bra and the implants home haha xx

I was packed and ready weeks ago, hated sitting around doing nothing to prepare so I’ve started using bio oil and taking arnica. Less than 2 weeks to go now and I’m so excited! Sure I’ll be really nervous in the last few days though.
I’ve bought macom bras and one of the front fastening sports bras from asda in an E in case the macom ones are too tight or uncomfortable, but they’re what my pc and the nurse recommended so I’m sure they’ll be fine, I just like to be prepared!
My friend went with Harley a few years ago and hers are great! Definitely go back if you’re unsure about anything, I live too far away and work too much to be able to go back to the clinic, but I’d love to be able to try everything on again xx

Hello ladies I was given choice but chose unders as I didn’t want them to look too round and stuck on! I started with a b/c cup and had 375 HP unders I’m 2 weeks PO and mine feel huge currently wearing a 34 f sports bra. In clothes they look a little bigger than my padded bras but without they look at the minute a little too big for my body! I’ll try sttatch picture from 1 week PO to 2 week PO X

@tasharose1988 I originally told my surgeon I wanted to be a D cup and he suggested between 325 and 400 and I much preferred the 400, but since reading about boob greed and seeing the amazing results everyone has had on here, I went back and tried on 425 and 450 with my PC and like those! So I’m seeing Dr Mounir again on the 19th April to show him pictures of what I want mine to look like and how big I want to be and see which size he suggests, since I don’t want to be a D any more! I read that implants measure differently so if he made me a D I’d only look like a C. I want to look at least an E lol! What about you? xxxx

I haven’t even started yet my surgery is in 20 days and I haven’t even brought any sports bras lol I need to get a move on. I’m not sure what to pack as I’m only day case but staying in a hotel in London close to the hospital. I can’t wait though ???. Of course Hun!!! Mr Kazazzi said I was more c/d but I don’t think so!!! There’s some before pictures on profile… Don’t worry about the size you might measure bigger but they will look dd! Im in an f but think I’ll be still swollen!!! Dont panic you will love them and boob greed is a killer X

Less than a week to go! I’m so excited. Happy I got everything I needed early, you may feel like you’ve got so long to wait but it comes around so fast! Bio oil is for stretch marks, I’ve seen people on here only using it afterwards, and some before and after, but it’s made my skin quite bad so I’ve switched to cocoa butter, not sure if it makes any difference but I thought it can’t hurt!

I’ve been told I need 425 MINIMUM! I’m a small girl but he said its because I have wide breasts and so need a bigger implant to fill the boob. My surgeon only does the natural look so I trust his opinion . but it terrified me at the time. I was expecting 375 Max . but there’s only 50cc difference which is nothing xx

Hi Hun, I had 400cc indeed this time last year and am so glad my dr decided on unders. They look so natural yet still big and the look I wanted ..the recovery is slightly longer because they have to lift your own breast tissue but other than that no difference tbh! Research unders and overs and this should help xx

Hi ladies! I just had my surgery yesterday of 400cc unders. I was expecting to have partials so a little gutted on the extended recovery time as I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old. How have you all got on with the understand? It would be great to see some pictures xx
