Hiiiiii so I’m 5dpo, uplift and 275cc/250cc overs.
I know overs recover quicker but I have had literally not had any difficulty lifting my arms just slight resistance.
Has anyone else felt like they could move around but feel like your supposed to have your arms glued to your side??? Im just wondering if i stillll need to walk around being so cautious if it doesnt hurt??
Im worried I may do some damage as I have no pain telling me to stop if that makes sense!

I had overs and had little pain, did notice some discomfort when pushing myself off the sofa/bed, flushing the loo and lifting my arms up, but nothing major. I think we have to just remember that it’s all still healing inside. I’d say you don’t need your arms glued to your sides but just be mindful of doing too much with them x

Dont do it! They tell you not to as not to move the implant! If your that unsure then phone a nurse? Its best to exactly what they say no matter how you feel unless told other wise xx

@gh81 @ginaparker thanks for replying girls!! I’d spent the day with my friends yesterday & i think they thought i was being a bit over cautious and I actually felt like a was being so lazy asking them to do things despite no pain! So i just wanted to check I wasn’t being daft Xxx
