I’ve done the research and booked the surgery – uplift/augmentation with 275cc overs (TBC on Thursday when I meet the surgeon). I am currently a 32/4 B. I was so sure on the size and now I am so lost and confused…. When I first started this process I wanted to be no bigger than a C, now I think I want to be at least a DD. I am not sure how many CC this equates to. Does anyone have pictures/experiences of going from a B to a C/ D/ DD cup so I can compare…. Thanks!!! Seems so late in the game to change my mind.

Not sure if this is helpful but I had 275 & 300cc (partials), I was smaller than 34a before and 34c now so I guess you would be bigger if you’re naturally bigger than I was and have the same size? Hope that helps a bit 🙂

I feel the exact same! I wanted a full c, but after seeing surgeon he told me I was in fact already between a 30c and 32b. He’s suggested 335cc which he estimates will take me to a 30/32dd. I feel like this is huge. He assured me it’s not a my back size is small. In fact he explained its roughly a c cup to someone with back size 34/36. I have posted on here too, I am desperate to find someone with similar stats that has had this size. It’s scary! I know I want them, but I am terrified i’ll Have it done and regret it or which I was smaller/bigger. It’s such s big decision. Xxx

    I’m 2 weeks post op
I was a 34B and had 350cc moderate profile under the muscle. My surgeon told me when I’m fully healed I should be a D/DD I tried on a size 34 D bra the other day and filled the cup completely. It all depends what look you want, the best bet is to talk to your surgeon and consultant they will know what’s best for you to reach what you want x

Also if you still haven’t met your surgeon yet, that’s the perfect time to tell them what you’re thinking they will answer all your questions and give you the results you want x

@Kate.. Same definitely worried they will end up too big! More than 300cc sounds like a lot.
