I’ve got both. I found that the m&s onces aren’t long enough and dug into my incisions. I bought the Macom longline bra and it’s brilliant, it’s really comfy and I feel like it’s supportive even for bigger implants (I’ve had 500cc overs). I would say get a macom one and another one, i also purchased an m&s sports bra that zips up the front as lots of people recommended them and thats really comfy and SUPER supportive. The only issue was that you have to hazard a guess at what size you’re going to be because they’re bra sizes. I went with 36dd and it fits nicely. They say go a band size up to allow for swelling. Hope this helps!

Depends I’m 34 back size and went with a medium. They have two sets of hooks so you can tighten or loosen depending on how it fits
