Macom Bras and how they fit

Hi, I can’t make my mind up which PO bras to go for but if I went for Macom have most brought a 34 (M) if wearing a 34 before their op or should I got for a 36 (L)? Thanks

Hi! I’ve got a medium macom and I’m a 34 band, I tried it on the other day (pre op) and it was quite loose but I think it’s because my boobs are so small! It didn’t fall down or anything it just felt like it could’ve been tighter, but obviously post op I’ll have bigger boobs and more swelling so I think it will fit perfect then! I think the large would be massive on me. Im a size 6 clothing and a 34aa. Hope this helps!

I would say it depends what size implant your having too. I’m 34 back and I ordered medium and it fit perfectly pre op. Op day it was waay too tight with my new 450cc implants so I had to change it for a large. Now my swellings gone down I think medium would fit me but large is comfortable and snug on the tightest loops. Good this helps.

Generally with the Macom you’ll be fine in your normal back size, they’re very good at stretching. I only found the M&S one you needed to go up the back size xx
