Macom breast bands ??

Ive seen quite a few pictures of girls boobs that have had unders without the breast band on? Did some take theirs off sooner? I’ve been told to wear it for 6 weeks with the bra super uncomfortable and more pressure so just wondering? x

I had one for 4 weeks (took it off for photos) … I adjusted it here and there for comfort

I read some where there’s only the odd surgeon who uses them. I’ve had unders and my surgeon doesn’t recommended bands. Just a bra xx

That’s so odd isn’t it, they say it’s to restrict movement.. didn’t want to risk taking it off just in case but so uncomfortable and more pressure xx

That’s really strange only 1 week, I was told 4 weeks, wonder why that is xx

Yeeeea & some people are told to massage but I wasn’t, I dunno, maybe that’s for overs

So strange how it’s all different, I couldn’t imagine massaging my boobs now urgh would make me feel ill

I have both a band and post op bra 24/7 for 6 weeks. The band was horrendous at first but I don’t really notice it now at 10dpo. I can take both off for up to 30 mins to have a break/shower. Sometimes I take it off for 5 minutes. Especially in the morning. The morning boob is a nightmare! I’m so jealous of the girls who only have it 1-2 weeks but I don’t want to risk going against what my surgeon told me xx

Completely agree with you laurane, can’t wait to be able to take it off for 30mins though! xx

Hi my surgeon said 4 weeks took mine off yesterday finally!! You do get used to it though first week it was awful 🙁 the thought of 3 more weeks killed me but it got a lot better just a pain to cover In clothes xx

The Breast band was the absolute devil for me, actually never thought I could hate something so much! I had to wear mine for two weeks but I would take it off for an hour or so, any time I felt uncomfortable I would have it off for a breather, but I did wear if for the majority of the day. Although so funny as when I was given the all clear and was allowed to take it off I missed the feeling of it, my boobs felt a bit too free even though I was still wearing the sports bra! I ended up wearing it occasionally after I was allowed to take it off, especially when sleeping, made me feel more supported and eased some aches I had! Xxx
