Macom strap, washing and bruised teeth

Hi girls I’m 6dpo anyone know if I can now take my socks off because there just irritating me and my check up isn’t until 11dpo. The same with the strap or shall I just loosen it? Has anyone been waking up with bruised teeth in the morning? I feel like this might be from sleeping upright but I’m not sure ?

Hey my nurse told me take the socks off when you’re completely mobile. I think definitely keep the strap on until your check up. And sorry not sure about the teeth x
