Macom bra sizes – help!

I’ve heard that the Macom bra should be the same back size but I’m worried as post op they will probably swell. Looking at going to 450cc and currently a 32 back, has anyone got any advice on what size either small or medium? And also, is anyone selling one? Xx

I was a 32 back and my implants weren’t quite as big as that, I got a medium Macom and so glad I did as was quite swollen at first and really bloated post op so definitely couldn’t have had any smaller xx

Definitely go up a size! I should have, the 32 is currently digging in because of swelling. X

I am a 32 and purchased the Macom small and it fits lovely….if that helps xx

@witwoolou you’re so lucky! I’ve swelled so much my small is so tight 🙁

Yvette it might be because you had smaller implants so didn’t need the bigger back but I’ll ask the surgeon and see what he thinks 🙂 xx

Hmmm.. I’m not sure then. I’ll ask my surgeon and PC at my next appointment and see what they say ???? X
