Massaging breasts?

Hi girls, I’m 4.5 week PO and I’m currently only rubbing bio oil on my incisions until I see my surgeon in December. I was wondering if I should be actually massaging my boobs because I’ve heard a few girls talk about doing it. Also are people’s incisions still itchy?

I was told not to put anything in my incisions until 6 weeks post op.. My surgeon said to massage them upwards for at least 5 minutes a day xx

Im 5 weeks po tommorow, my incisions starter spitting stitches this week ? but they also itch like crazy sometimes. My ps didn’t say anything aboud massaging as of yet. I guess some doctors recommend it and some don’t ?‍♀️. Also mine did not dropp and fluff yet, its so frustrating.

She said it helps them to drop and fluff.. I have no idea If it’s been making a difference or not though lol xx

I also heard it’s supposed to help prevent Cap C? I quite like when they havnt dropped fully ?

Hi Gemma. Yes i have dissolvable stitches but somehow my body can’t dissolve them properly so they make their way out through the insicion, its a very small hole opening in the insicion, and all my ps tild me to do is to cut them as close to the skin as possible and sometimes they come out by themselves, i use tweezers to lightly pull on them to see if loose enough to pull out if not i just cut them close to the skin. I heard it’s pretty common to happen. It’s not painful at all it just feels weird when i pull it out. ?
