Hi, I’m one week post op. I had 375cc unders with mr Kazzazi. He told me not to get a Macom bra and he doesn’t like you wearing a sports bra within the first few weeks. I got my strapping removed on Thursday and the nurse put me in my M&S granny bra! I was a 34b or 36A/B depending on shop pre op. I was told to get a 36DD or 36E. 36DD seemed to fit best but the bad is SO uncomfortable. Its a M&S total support bra. I feel like it’s diffing into my incisions and I’m worried I’m doing more harm than good!! Does anyone who’s had unders have any advice ? I think I’m quite swollen which isn’t helping xx

I had mr kazzazi too, whatever I wore seem to dig into my incisions so I just bought some dressings and kept them on until I was about 5 weeks post op and that seemed to do the trick 🙂 xx

I had partial unders, and has to wear the granny bra, I was 34 b to begin with and bought a 34 d but had to change to a 34dd after 2 days as it was crushing my boob’s. Felt so much better when I’d changed. All of the bras rubbed on my scars until the end of week 2 but that’s was when all my bloating went away, so I think that’s what the problem was. Now I’m 4 week po and have kept my d bra just in case it was the swelling that made me a dd, I tried to wear it yesterday and it still crushes my boob’s so sticking with the dd, which I’m happy about lol. I found the m&s granny bra the comfiest

Ahh ok. Maybe that’s what’s going on wth mine ! It’s so hard to tell what’s normal. I might go and try a few on today and see what feels best. I can’t wait for the swelling to go!!
