M&S bra size help?!!!!

I’ve got my op in 2 weeks so went to buy my bra today, I’ve gone for the M&S and my nurse told me to go for a medium size as I’m 34B now, I’m having 350cc but no idea what Size bra I should get as there all in cup sizes? I bought a 35D, is that right? Really don’t know what to get! Please help

Hiya, im going in 1 week today, spoke to the clinic today, im having either 450 or 500cc, im currently a 34b, they have told me to go for a 36dd, hope this helps, an good luck ?? xx
