Muscle contractions

I’m a week post op with 375cc overs and my left breast contracts whenever I move my arm, has anyone else found this and will it start to ease soon?

I hope youre doing ok now, ive just logged on to see your post. Yes this happened to me also. I had unders and my muscles tensed so frequently I didnt think I would have an hour where I was comfortable. I would frequently put heat pads over them to ease the tension. If I’m honest this went on for weeks worse at night but yes movement would trigger it also x
