A post for everyone, ladies that have had the ba and ladies that are due to have there ba.

What are you must haves for surgery day and for the days/weeks Afterwards?

What post surgery bra do you recommend?

Any creams?

Clothing?

What did you pack on surgery day?

Hey Jay,
I used macom bras as thays what my clinic recommended and I bought them from them. Bought 2, one to wear and one to wash. They were comfy but not the most flattering so did wear some sports bras after a couple of weeks. Have some clothes/nightwear that you don’t need to put over your head for the 1st couple of weeks.
I used silicon gel on my scars after 3 weeks.
As for the day of theatre, I literally went in wearing comfy clothes with just a handbag, they gave me everything I needed and was in and out in 3 hours.

I have my op on 15th oct. I have watched a few videos about recovery.
Most of them say to buy a maternity pillow and a travel pillow to help yu sleep upright.
Also to meal prep
Keep things yu myt need at waist level so yu dont need to stretch to much .
And baby wipes
And to wash yur hair etc the night before yur op cuz yu wont be able to do it for abit..
