Girls I’m so confused.. I already have my date booked with mya but I’ve also had a consultation with transform. I haven’t had any issues with mya BUT at transform I can use the same surgeon, the after care is a lot longer and the price difference is something else.. I know cheaper isn’t always better but it’s a 500/600£ difference and after losing my job and my dad having expensive treatment I could really do with the cash. I’m so so confused.. also with mya it’s only day case and I live 3 hours away from the hospital so I’d have the extra cost of a hotel etc.. I’m panicking ????

I choose mya basically as the aftercare reviews are 100 percent better than transform and to me aftercare was more inportanr that the sugury and also I knew what sugoen I wanted the aftercare at transform seems really poor from the reviews I read and from a couple of close friends who have used transforms have said they wish they didn’t xxx

I had the same problem. I actually decided to go with Transform and with Mr. Netri. MYA had to cancel my appointment as the person who was supposed to see me was ill. I had such an urgency to get my BA booked I went ahead with Transform. So far I’ve placed the deposit and now waiting for a pre-op date. I have my BA booked for 2nd Jan at Pines, Manchester. I heard the aftercare is amazing at MYA and I will admit that the PC at Transform is really useless at getting back to me (until I leave 10+ messages and emails…). What was important to me was who was going to do my boobs… Netri has had amazing reviews and I love his work, so I’m confident I chose well.

I’m booked with Mr Netri too! I really don’t know what to do, there’s such a big price difference for the same person to do the surgery! I’m going to call my pc tomorrow and see if she can help. I’ve heard good and bad about both mya and transform and even if I did go to transform I would still use Mr Netri

@kerry-ox Feel free to keep in touch with me if you’re still undecided between Transform and Mya. If you don’t mind me asking… how much did they both quote for you?

I know two people who went to Transform and have only good things to say, particularly about after care.

I know this is a mya forum but I had my first op with them and thought the aftercare was shocking. I didn’t hear from anyone after my op, had to ring to arrange my own 6 week check then haven’t heard from anyone since. I really feel like I was part of a production line of girls in and out. I did ring them to get a price on a re-op (thinking they did my first so would have all the info) and someone was meant to ring me back in 24hours that was over a week ago. Still no phone call xxx

You will read and hear good and bad reviews about both, obviously this is a MYA forum so you may feel like researching on here is not giving you an impartial outlook, maybe spend a few hours on Trustpilot and see who you feel comes out on top, i didn’t join the forum until 8 weeks before my op so my research was not done on here i read impartial reviews on independant sites and im pleased i did that, i would not want to offend anybody who had their surgery with the other company you have mentioned (by the way were not allowed to discuss pricing and name other cosmetic surgery providers so this thread might get taken down) but i decided heavily against them due to my research and the outcome for a friend who used them.
Trustpilot is great but you cant read the first say 20 reviews on each company and take that as a base for your findings, as you will see there are clumps of bad ones then clumps of good so you really need to be prepared to put a good few hours aside to read as many as you can to get a fair assesment, im a Mya patient my outcome has not been great but the promises is was given in terms of aftercare have so far been upheld, ive been given access to my surgeon everytime ive needed it, revision has allready been offered and theres not been any incidences where i could not get in touch with my clinic or phonecalls not returned, no appointments cancelled etc…….so at this point i feel like i did make the right choice and have no regrets, genuine post op problems are very rare but if you did fall upon them i think you could seriously end up regretting not investing that extra £500-£600 it might seem like a large chunk of cash now but overall it’s nothing in the grand scheme of things, as said post op complications are rare but i do feel like the aftercare is as, if not more important than the actual surgery, good luck to you and hope whatever decision you come to works out great for you xxx
