Nearly 3 weeks post op

I am nearly 3 weeks post op and my right boob is still high up and looks bigger than my left. Is that normal?

I’m 3 weeks post op too and I’m having the same issue if you look on the 3 week post op there’s a pic of mines. I’m hoping it drops. My surgeon said to treat them like 2 different operations because they’ll heal differently. Im just worried because they look quite different but I’m told it’s normal xx
