Need advice please!!! People who have had an op

So these are my boobs, disgusting I know! There a small B cup, maybe I’m being generous lol, but as you can see one sits slightly lower than the other but I think that is because one breast is slightly smaller than the other.
Some questions:
Would the low lying of the breast be fixed with implants one size bigger than the other?

From your experience do you think I could get 400/450 cc?

Will I need another surgery to make the breast sit at the same height ?

Any help would be appreciated!

The photo has come up a bit weird but hope you can get an understanding, I have no fullness at the top so would this be sorted with the implants ?

It all depends Hun on the measurements they do as if they are to low then you would need an uplift x

Hi hun mine were very similar to yours. I will upload a pic for you. He basically said I could have an uplift in my left but I refused as i wasn’t too keen. He just made it clear to me that even though they were using different sized implants they will never ever be identical. I was fine with that because I think natural boobs arnt identical anyway so they will look more natural that way! On the day of my op he tried 350/375 and 400 on my left breast to match the 400 I had in my right. I had 375 in the end. I did find my left breast felt a lot worse afterwards but obviously they had to do a bit of messing around in there to match them haha! Overall I’m super happy with my results. I’m only 6 days post op and I know I still have a long journey but so far I can hardly tell a difference!

Ahhh honestly I think you would be fine it just depends how you feel about them being different but speak to your surgeon as they may suggest other things and maybe some surgeons will say they won’t do it unless you have an uplift but I had Dr Giannis and he was lovely and 100percent made me feel like I was incontrol of every decision 🙂

I think you need an uplift with the implants otherwise your boobs will sag more with the extra weight of the implants, you already have some boobs but a bit saggy, those with very tiny saggy boobs can go along with just implants as the stretched skin is very minimal due to the small size of their boobs, however when your boobs are a B cup or more and saggy it means you’ve already got some skin that dropped. Implants will stretch that skin further downwards, implants make you have a larger version of what you already have. If your boobs are normal they will be big with the same shape, if they’re saggy they will look big but still low. I am saying this Out of experience because i had your exact same boobs pre op and I decided to go for an uplift with the implants to avoid disappointment after surgery. Hope this helps xx

Thank you! I’m just worried about cost, I know we’re not allowed to say exactly how much the increase was but was it a lot or is the increase in price small? I know! Meeting my surgeon on the 21st and will get the real dea from him I’m sure! Just hoped I didn’t have to but don’t want saggy boobs lol! Thank you x

Well i thought about it this way, if i pay X for augmentation only and be disappointed then thats a total waste of money, but if i save up a little more to be 100% pleased then I haven’t wasted the initial augmentation cost i was planning on paying. I didn’t have it done in England hun, so I don’t know about the price difference there. I did it in Egypt, my surgeon gave me a total cost of everything including implants so I don’t know how much he added for his extra work. To be honest i am really happy with the uplift more than the augmentation, i had small implants because i am petite and they ended up looking smaller than what I expected because i went with unders, however the uplift is just amazing after having saggy boobs i now have high perky ones, i just cant believe the transformation. Thats a picture of them 7 weeks post op. Unfortunately I don’t have any before pics becUse i hated even looking at them, but my surgeon took a few before the op, i will try getting some when i see my nurse next time xx
