Need advise

Was wondering if anyone can put my mind at ease..
I’m 3 weeks P.O. took off my dressings yesterday after having stitches out last week and today they are very itchy.. I’m sure it’s becaue they are healing but I felt like I’d already gone through the mad itchy stage and now it’s happening again! Do you think it’s just because they are now uncovered?
Also how did you all get the sticky and iodine stains off as she said I shouldn’t wash myself there?

Any other tips to keep incisions clean and hygienic you girls have?
I haven’t really worried yet but I think because they aren’t covered now it’s making me anxious lol.

Hi Hun it’s totally normal to be inchy I found it was because I had really dry skin that was peeling so I lightly exfoliated and slapped a load of coconut oil on not going near my scars and it worked wonders I also used a bit of coconut oil to take the sticky stuff of me aswell xxx
