Need reassurance on pain!!!

Hey girls,

I’m 5 days post op, and keep having horrible thingy pains on my side around where the incisions are, I’m scared that the muscle or my stitches have torn or something’s gone wrong! Can you girls post something about the pain and discomfort you also experienced please ???????????????????? and also I keep getting a sharp pulling pain in the centre of my chest and if I hold it, it then goes away!!! HELP!!!!

Do you have a band on? Don’t worry all of what you are feeling is normal I had all this. I’m 8days post op, I still get the feeling where my scares are I seen the nurse and doctor yesterday and described the pain after they checked me over they told me to buy a bigger bra, morning boob is the worst too xx

I had it too from day 5 to 10 painfull around thr incision area. 15 days post op now and the incision area still feels funny. Looks fine in terms od healinh But still pulls a bit im still being careful. Ring the clinic if you’re really worried. But i think it’s normal 😉

that’s all completely normal. i remember i would sometimes stop and literally hold my boob until the pain went away. all worth it in the end so dont stress yourself!

I think I might buy a bigger bra think it’s slightly too tight. Also when does the band come off it’s so tight I know I can loosen it but then it’s judt annoying, because I can just feel it but it’s not doing anything. What is the band for anyway.
