My BA is just two sleeps away and I haven’t been nervous at all until now! It’s not the actual op that scares me but im having twilight sedation and I’m scared in case I’m aware of what’s going on.. mr Kazzazzi says I should sleep through the whole thing but was just wondering if anyone had any experiences to share to put my mind at rest! Just want to avoid having a mini meltdown on the day xx

I had this type of sedation not for BA but for a tooth removal as I’m terrified of the dentist. If it helps I cannot remember a thing it was literally like I’ve lost half hour of my life! xx

I’ve had this also for tooth extraction. I was younger then though. I honestly did not feel a thing. I remember hearing voices but I could have well have been dreaming, I don’t know. But like I say, no pain whatsoever xxx

Thanks ladies 🙂 Come to think about it, I had two teeth extracted as a child and I know I was sedated for that and all I can remember is them putting a mask on my face and then felt like I woke up whilst walking out of the building with no memory of what had happened haha! I wonder if that was twilight sedation? Xx
