    Hi!
I’m having 400cc unders, HP at the end of the month. Dr Netri said no gym whatsoever for 6 weeks, bare in mind I go on holiday on the 6th week.

I’m so into fitness and I’m terrified of gaining those lbs post op. I know recovery is important.

Has anyone had any experience in losing all of their muscle tone and/or weight gain.

The only thing I want wobbling in my bikini is my boobs!

You should be fine just eat sensible, and walk, if you do gain a couple of lbs it won’t take you long to loss it again. It’s only six weeks not six months. X

I’m the same as you.. the only thing what’s scaring me is putting weight on after my op. My nurse said go for walks as it keeps you mobile. Just to let you know, you have to come off your protein shakes two weeks before if you take them by the way x

I’m glad you let me know about the shakes. I’m nearly two weeks away and I’ve still been drinking them.

My surgeon said if i go to the gym they will remain hard and the recovery will be longer, which i dont want. I’m just going to be sad to leave my muscle and fitness πŸ™ x

Tbh for two weeks u won’t be able to reach above ur head anyway or do basic things for a week like turn a tap or door knob esp if u have unders. Also depending
on ur surgeon and their instructions / what your having u won’t be able to fully shower for two to four-weeks. Whixh would be quite uncomfortable after a gym session!

The weight and new pressure of ur implants will take time to get used to also so it’s a small set back but will eventually pay off.

In the first week u will most likely have a lot of water retention so stay off salty foods and just have a high protein diet. Just focus on getting better by the time ur surgery comes and goes working out wil prob be the last thing on ur mind as u will be tired tbh! I was shattered from the meds and it’s a long day!

Like ur surgeon said focus on ur recovery because the better u recover the quicker u will be back to working out

    Fran. You’re right.

My friend recovered really quickly so I’m thinking i’ll do the same, however, I know that won’t be the case!

I know i’m not allowed to shower for at least a week. It’s my pre op tomorrow so i’m sure i’ll find out more.

healthy boobs are more important to me πŸ™‚

Hun if ur having unders try to stop working out at least a week or two before ur op. I stopped exercising three months prior because I do yoga and wasn’t allowed to do it three months post op becasue it uses so many muscles. I concluded that it made sense not to work out pre op because my muscles would be too tight. A girl I’m mates with on here worked out the day before her op and she was in agony post op.

Just make sure ur up on ur protein for growth repair. I took the following supplements to help my recovery pre and post: magnesium, zinc, vit b complex and feroglobin tonic (iron)

Hannah, you will be frustrated but it will be worth it, I’m in the same boat or will be so I’m making the most of it now, I’m going to start slow as soon as I get the all clear and only on my lower body to. X

I do metafit and strength classes 4 times a week which has chest dense work outs.

My date is the 28th in Preston.

I should probably not do so much chest and just focus on the rest for the next 2 weeks.

I’m just going to extra good post op. Thanks for the supplement heads up fran.

I’m literally the most annoyingly excited person at the moment. I’m boob mad. I don’t feel scared at all, yet. I’m having 400cc HP unders. I can’t fill a B at the moment.

I just want a nice full DD!

We’re not far off at all. You’ll have to keep me posted!

What are you going for? X

Yes girls keep up the positivity ur gona have the best feeling once it’s done and feel amazing in the gym.

U gym bunnies made me realise I needed to get back in so today I went for the first time today in a year! I’m 7 months post today and have gained a stone in weight but I felt great in my crop top and felt like my body was more in proportion.

Ive been scared to go as I read about displacement in unders when working out and I just freaked as I waited ten years for this and didn’t wana ruin them πŸ™

My scares aside ladies I wish u all the best and take time to heal fxxx
