Non repayment

Hi has anyone had trouble with not being repaid? I’ve been refused surgery due to one day at the doctors last year but they won’t seem to repay my money? Has anyone else had to be repaid and if so what happened?

Not surprised! You need to keep calling them and pestering them as that’s the only way you’ll get your money and also speak to their manager. It’s sad that you’re not able to go ahead and yet they don’t even get back to you for repayment. Definitely keep on top of them and call I know it’s annoying but you have to. Xxxx

Can i ask why they refused you for one day at drs? Im worried about this myself x
