Not happy

Hi girls, I’m booked in for a post-op assessment with Mr Mounir later this month as I’m not happy with my results. I’m two years post op and they seem to have bottomed out and gone really far apart. My scarring is also really bad. I’ve attached some pics so you can see, just worried I’m getting my hopes up that they will do revision surgery when they might just say they’re fine.

I can see what your saying the have no volume at the top and all volume has gone under the nipple… hope they can fix it for you Hun

I defo say they have bottomed out Hun so your most probably be covered for revision surgery for that as for the scars Hun I’d say they look worse at the min as the implant if bottomed out will be stretching the scar but other than that the scar doesn’t look bad Hun xxxx

I hope they agree to revision for you, im sure they will, it does look like they have bottomed out, lots of good luck to you for your post op assesment, did your scar heal normaly at first? xxx

@jenksxo as others have said they definitely look like they’ve bottomed out. Hopefully you get good news and they will do revision. How long ago did you notice this? Xx

Thanks girls you’ve made me feel so much better! I always thought my nipples were a bit too high it never really clicked that they could have bottomed out until about a year after. It’s been a big thing for me to actually admit to myself that they’re not right as it’s such a big process to go through again but hopefully they will get sorted xx

I also had something called microneedling on my scars about a year ago but it obviously didn’t work! It basically makes the area bleed again so that it can re heal and not scar. I know some people have had amazing results from it but hasn’t really improved mine x

Did you have overs or unders? I’ve not heard of bottoming out before

I had 375cc uhp unders x

Had my revision surgery approved today! I’m so happy and booked in for Jan 29th. Thanks for your advice girls xx
