So 3 months i got a breast enlargement, 350cc moderate plus and under the muscle….

But not 3 months later i am far from happy with the result. I expected them to be Way bigger, there is a wide gap an it is almost imposaible to get a cleavage if i push them together… it’s like they are sitting out in the sides and not in the middel… i want them to be Big and fluffy 🙁

Anyone else having the same Experince? Should i talk to my doctor?
Should i go into new surgery? Is Dual plane or over the muscle for the better results?

I think the way they’re sitting makes them look so natural! Will also help give you an hourglass figure, I will be really happy if mine drop and fluff like yours honestly 😊
I think the girl in the picture you showed your doctor would look very similar to you without her bikini top on xx

Yours look so like mine! So I know exactly how you feel. I’m happy with my size but they sit further apart than I’d like and they fall to the sides too much when I lay down. You have to think about your nipples though, are they centred to the implants? If they are then unfortunately that is just where the implants are supposed to sit. I’ve got my 13 week check next week and I’m going to ask about them falling too far to the sides. X

They do have this written in their aftercare terms (not sure if you would be covered under this, but I would defo go and see your doctor and tell him how you feel, reshow the picture you showed him) because at the end of the day you’ve paid for them and you want your desired look (even though they do look natural and great)

I just meassured the nipple and how close it was to the center of the implant and it is not even close to the center! Most of my implant are placed out in the sides.. Is that my surgeons fault or will it fall in place by time? @bethjayne ·

I’ve got one nipple that is more centred than the other, but I also think that one has dropped and settled a bit more. We are still early days really. Your skin might not have fully loosened up to them yet. What I’ve read is that the most changes occur in the 3-6 months.. I’m not worried about mine yet and I did want a natural look and they couldn’t look anymore natural.

When is your next check up?

My checkup is in a few weeks from now. I am just having a hard time believing that an implant that is sitting that much away from the center will automatically fall into place… @bethjayne

Hi ladies I have my appointment next week with my surgeon about revision. One side hasn’t dropped and I think I either have a burst implant or my chest has pulled my implants straight in. From being measured at 3mpo as a 36f they are now at a c/d there is no fullness, I have no cleavage and standing up my chest looks like it is lying down if that makes sense? How are you getting on? X

I had the same issue – I measured to a D but I always felt I had no cleavage – everyone says they look good and natural but it’s just not how I wanted – 9 years I kept them – I am due to change the implants to much bigger on Sunday. Hopefully you will get yours replaced however Mya would not as they always said they looked fine and tbh they did look fine just like yours do … I have paid for my second op now – I waited until I had another kid so I felt it was worth spending the money on myself again

I called and sent pictures via email to them then travelled down to London to see my surgeon.

I am not waiting on a second opinion (if they agree to see me)

There’s a visible difference though. I don’t understand how they can deny that. Surely there’s something really wrong???

I have looked through the website and prepared myself for a second opinion. There are women that have gone to mya with how my boobs look as their starting point.

I’m so unhappy guys. I can’t explain. All I’ve done is literally cry.

    How are you getting on?

I am in the exact same position!! I feel mine are way too low for what I was asking and at certain angles you can see the roundness of my implant starting against the flat of my natural chest so I don’t have enough of a natural arch I feel! I didn’t want them to look hard and circular but I feel they look like a “tear drop” which is absolutely NOT what I was after

Ive been for my first po today. I’m 2 weeks now and they are no where near what I wanted. I showed loads of photos too of what I’d like. I’ve got to wait 3 month to see the surgeon, the nurse said to ask about revision if I’m not happy with the size. I don’t know where I stand with that. Do you have to pay again. There’s no way I can afford it. It’s cost nearly £8,000 which I’ve borrowed cus i had an uplift too 😔 any advice pls x

I’ve been to see Mr Mileto today to discuss revision surgery. He’s suggested going from under the muscle and removing them to over to fix what I’m not happy with but I’m nervous as they have more chance of rippling etc. has anyone ever done this?

I went from partial to under to stop rippling. They didn’t feel nice because I didn’t have any breast tissue and it was just implant
