One dropping faster?

I’m now 3 week’s po and one seems to be slightly higher than the other, like if you run your hands over the top the implant feels lower than the other? Is one just dropping slightly faster than the other? (Not very clear in the photo) any advice would be amazing, just don’t want to unnecessarily stress? 🙁
