    Hi all

So I finally had my op yesterday! My admission time was 2pm, I was taken down at 4:30pm and was awake by 6pm (the nurse couldn’t believe how quick I came around, I was only asleep for 30mins afterwards)! I left the clinic at half 8ish and by the time I got home it was around 9:30pm.

I had 325cc HP overs from a 34B. (I originally was going 300cc but the surgeon decided to go with the bigger ones on the day). Felt good afterwards just had a burning sensation in my left armit. They are defo feeling a lot more sore today.

Does anyone have any tips for stopping yourself sliding down the bed?! I had a very rough nights sleep andI kept trying to wriggle my way back up through the night but was too painful!! I have the V pillow and propped it up with normal pillows too.

    Thank you! X

What I do is use a neck pillow it forces you to have different posture in bed, hope this helps xx

I had my op a week ago and I bought myself a bed wedge from eBay. They are only £12 and are fab to keep you upright. X
