Opinion? Do I need an uplift or just implants to give volume

Currently size 36C after having my daughter 18 months ago wondering people’s thoughts if I require an uplift or just implants… be honest! Thank u ladies xx

I would say just implants,but depends really what your surgeon says. I was offered an uplift and implants but I had just the implants as I am diabetic and there is a risk of damage to the nipples. I had 365cc and 345cc 9 weeks ago and seeing my surgeon on 10th jan for a check up.

I say defo just implant Hun your boobs just look like they have lost a lil fullness on top and not saggy at all xxx

Your boobs still look quite full at the bottom so I’d say just implant although I’m no expert lol, good luck Hun 🙂 x

Only implants hun they look good 🙂 but double check with your surgeon he knows better, also he does these measurements to see how saggy your breasts are and if they exceed a certain measurement then they are medically considered saggy needing a lift and no implant will make them full and high. To my eyesight they are perfect and just need some sexy implants however your surgeon might have a different opinion, maybe your skin is the type that after the implants are put the skin saggs further so you might need an uplift along with the implants, alot of maybes 🙂 surgeons know best

Hi Lauren I had my consultation with my surgeon on Friday just gone and he measured my breast and said that I’m just on the border of not needing an uplift and said he wanted to avoid an uplift as it’s more money and would be more scars. instead I can have teardrops to give me volume and fullness at the top as I’m boney and would lift them. He said I would need them under the muscle as they will be heald up a lot more and very very low percentage 2% of them rotating by doing this. He said I could have 345cc-395cc but no bigger. Your boobs look amazing compared to mine so I wouldn’t worry at all. Mine are in my opinion very saggy as I lost pregnancy weight quick and breastfed for 21 months. Hope this has helped. Xxx

@kym to my knowledge round ones are used to give volume on top not teardrops hun, teardrops are used if you already have some volume and you just want a bigger size with a natural shape, also regarding the breast lift i would advise you to go for it if you are already on the border of needing one, i heard alot of girls say that when they had implants with their somehow saggy boobs it made them worse because the skin sagged further and they weren’t high and perky as they wanted, they just had a bigger size of the shape they already had. I was like you and decided not to waste the money of implants in not doing the procedure correct from A-Z and I decided that some extra money with perfect results is better than wasting what I already paid for the implants and not being satisfied in the end. To be honest i am now more happy with my uplift than i am with the implants, i am disappointed at the size but what’s making me happy is that they are lifted and look good. The scars will fade and you can always use silicone scar gels to make them almost invisible in a matter of months. Another trick my surgeon did which i loved is that he didn’t lift my nipples so much, he did the max lift of nipple in a way that the vertical scar doesn’t even show, its in the curve of the boob going down, you can ask your surgeon to do that as well. I wanted it more lifted but when he told me why he didn’t lift it so much i was over the moon, he said the most important thing is for them to look as natural as possible, a lifted nipple with no scars showing is way better than a perfectly high nipple with scars standing out. Here is a photo of mine. I had 275 round high profile under the muscle with an uplift, i had extremely extremely extremely saggy B cup boobs with big aerolas so i had them decreased in size as well

@lala111 thank you so much for your opinion results views and knowledge. As much as your boobs look amazing and very perky that is not the look I want. My surgeon showed me photos of a woman with boobs like mine he done a breast lift and implant to which looked very similar to yours in which I said I didn’t want that look anyway as I wanted quite natural not high and stuck on. . Then he showed me photos of another woman who had boobs like mine but just done tear drop implants behind the muscle and it looked so amazing and natural with loads of volume so I knew that was what I wanted. He said I needed teardrop for the lack of boob/fatI have at top of my chest (non existent) not to hold them up. He said if I was to have round I would have a gap where my chest stops and boobs starts if you get me lol. Anyway I have been looking on here for a forum chat which Is helpful to mums woth saggy boobs and have found this chat ‘Any mums that have had their op??

it is so helpful and omg amazing results from all breastfeeding mums that have had ba’s and saved their boobs without having breast lift. I guess it’s just the look you prefer. But thank you so much for your help.

Mine haven’t dropped yet i am still very early on. Ofcourse i dont want them to look that round and fake looking, i am just waiting for them to drop. As for the perkiness i had to go with high profile no choice because i have a narrow chest and any thing less than high profile would’ve given me huge side boobs so it was no choice for me on that. I was just saying that to my knowledge i know that tear drops are for those with existing top volume and the round for those with no volume on top (based on my research after my surgeon told me that i must have rounds) and it made sense as I didn’t have any volume on top, just in the bottom due to sagging. Oh well i just discovered there is so much contradiction in this whole process, different opinions and different search results as well, but who cares as long as we’re all happy in the end. You freaked me out now that my boobs look that fake, I didn’t want that 🙁 i hope when they drop and fluff they start looking more humanly haha

Hi Lauren I have similar boobs to you and was told the surgeon may or may not suggest it. Have you booked anything coz I’d like to follow your story coz you’re the first person I’ve seen with similar shape to mine xx

@lala111 omg I didn’t mean or want to offend you at all. Like I said your boobs do look amazing honestly. I didn’t know u were such early on so of course they are going to drop and fluff. I’m sorry if that upset u that wasn’t my intention I was just trying to get to my point and describe my personal preference.
When they re settled they will look even more amazing. And by the way they look perfect size for you 🙂 xxx

@lala111 would there be any chance you could possibly show me a before and after of yours privately I am desperate to get my areolas reduced but there isn’t much to show for what they look like so I want to see what they could look like. Xxx
