over or under the muscle

hi,

I have my surgeon app in January. Ive done quite a bit of research on wether to have over the muscle or under the muscle. I just wondered what peoples experiences were with both procedures. If anyone could post pictures too that would be good so i can see the difference.

I went under the muscle as that is what my surgeon, Dr Traynor recommenced. I know someone who went with another company but got the EXACT same size and shape enlargements as me, she was a similar weight and body shape and height to me also. She went over the muscle instead and I think mine look so much more natural whereas hers look a bit more stuck on!! I would ask you surgeon and see what they think, after all they know best! They look so natural as haven’t gone too big
250cc. Not needed pain killers there just about tender and sore, on day 2 post op.
My Surgeon was Ms Lutz , she was incredible

Mine are over the muscle and dont look fake at all, they look very natural. As the other ladies have said I would listen to your surgeon, and they will advise on the size thats best suited to your size/frame etc… xx

I went over the muscle and love them! Recovery was easy after first week, and been able to do most things.

I had overs no one would tell mine was fake they are so soft can’t even feel the impant. It depends on how much breast tissue you have to begin with as to which one will be best for you. But recovery is easier with overs I’ve heard and mine was a breeze x x. X

I got unders on Saturday and I feel really fine now. I’ve been mobile pretty much since day one. I didn’t have enough tissue to go over. I’ve only had small implants (225&250) and it’s made a big change for me, sooo pleased x
