    Hey,

I’m looking into a breast augmentation and I’m really struggling if I want above or below muscle.
I’ve researched and spoken to people.
    I’m a 34B (if I’ve measured correct haha)
I want a natural looking augmentation and understand that you can get that through both over and under the muscle IF you have enough tissue.
I’m concerned if I go over that it won’t be as natural looking and I’ll be more at risk of rippling and the scar tissue forming however under the muscle I’m concerned about my pectorals deforming the shape of my implants as I’m quite active and do attend CrossFit gym regularly.

I hope this makes sense and someone can try and help me with better direction!

Hi, I’m day 4 post op, I didn’t have enough breast tissue to have overs so had dual plane. I also do CrossFit and this has been a massive worry for me however I have since spoken to a few girls that have had the same and have continued to do CrossFit with no worries, so I’m just hoping for the best!

Thank you very much Emma! If you don’t mind me asking, what size were you before your augmentation?

You’ve put me at ease with knowing others are still able to do CrossFit !

I was about 32b and had 350cc. I’m just going to take it easy, they say no chest exercises for 12 weeks so il stick to that and just see how it goes with a lot of substitutes! X

Hi! I don’t do cross fit but I go to the gym everyday, I got 335cc overs. My surgeon said my muscles were so tight & with me being an A cup he couldn’t fit anymore in. I’m 17 days PO, I love mine! X

Thank you! I think I’ll get more from my surgeon physically assessing me to get a clearer idea!
Thank you girls! You’ve been super helpful!

Im the same! I weight train 6 days a week and was wanting to do a competition because I took it so seriously! I was set on having overs until I realised they are higher risk of sagging and on the day I decided last minute for dual plane! I haven’t been back to the gym since but I’m just going to try and not train chest as heavy x
