Personally I’m worried about having fake stuck on looking boobs! I read everywhere that under the muscle gives a more natural appearance etc but my surgeon said he wants to do over the muscle.

It would really help to see some of any size so I can get a jist of what they look like.

I’m 5’4 just under 10 stone, size a/b but my breasts are tuberous so the fat is mostly on my chest wall (weird i know) thinking of going either 300/325 but worried 325cc might look more fake?

    Thanks huns x

I had 495cc overs almost 6 weeks ago and they’ve settled really nicely, they don’t like stuck on and have started to move like normal boobs.
The pic is at 3 weeks, I’ll get some more pics soon x

When asking my surgeon why I’ll be having overs he said because I have enough breast tissue to go over the muscle (I was a small 34B pre-op) and said the only time he does under the muscle if theirs not too much breast tissue to start with. I was tubular and he believed overs would give me the best look to give more projection at the top where I was lacking. His opinion on when overs look fake was when the implant is too big where the skin stretches too much.
    Hope this helps xxx

I only had my surgery on Tuesday but these are my 350cc Overs!
I’m 5 foot 3 and 10 stone as well. I was undecided on 325 or 350 and glad I went the bigger size as I already have some boob greed lol! X
