Hi is there any major difference between the overs, unders or partials. I’m getting 325 partials as that’s what I surgeon suggested. Didn’t think to ask any different? Xx

Usually under the muscle is if you don’t have a lot of breast tissue as if you went over you would see the implant

Over the muscle is if you have enough breast tissue to hide the implant

Partials usually if u have boarder line uplift so can help pull your boob up with out a lift or if your wanting a more natural look so not as round at the top of your boobs x

Overs go over the pectoral muscle and behind the breast tissue.
Unders go behind the muscle and breast tissue.
And personal or dual plane is a technique where they cut through the pectoral muscle so the top half of the implant is covered by the muscle but the bottom half is behind the tissue, the desired effect depends on how much the surgeon cuts into the muscle and how much implant is exposed behind the breast tissue.
They all depend on anatomy and desired look.
