    Hi!
I’m 162cm, 49kg and 32A. I’m worried that because my cup size is small that most surgeons will advise me to go under the muscle. I like to weight train in the gym and want to continue this after surgery so I’m worried that unders would cause me an issue with this.
I’m going to have my first surgeon consultation with Dr Tsekouras on Wednesday, who my PC advised me to see as she thinks he’ll be able to give me a more informed choice which I’m excited to see!
I’m not 100% set against unders if this is what professionals think is best for me but I have seen reviews of girls with A cups having overs and still looking amazing so I kind of feel like I want to be able to do that too.
I think my main concern is what will happen after and I finally go back to the gym after recovery.
Any girls out there who have had unders and went back to the gym? Are there any difficulties? Was it just a matter of taking longer to settle back into things?
Any real experiences would help me so much to decide what I should do!!
Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Hi! I was an empty 32a/b and I’ve just had 375cc overs.. Im 5ft5 (just) and a size 6/8.. I lift weights 4-5 times a week and I’m very active. I had overs because of my active lifestyle (also have kids) and I never sit still! My recovery had been pretty easy, I’ve been lucky not everyone is the same. My Instagram is Myagirl.8.4.19 to see a few pics, I’ll be added more tomorrow as I’ll be a week post op xx
