    Hi girls,

Op all booked for 28th June at pall mall!! Has anyone had their op here before?

Is there parking nearby? And can anyone recommend a hotel close by? Not too far to walk from the hospital?

Or does anyone know whether you can get a taxi in the city centre of Manchester?

    Thanks xxx

    HI,

I had my operation last Thursday there. It’s nice and the nurses are really lovely. You have your own en-suite with shower. Also a TV.

I just went on the day but I was initially looking at hotels. You can book the Travel Lodge for around £39.00. The train station is nearby too if you want to get the train there then just be picked up afterwards. xx

@chelseaw I have my op there in 5 days, and I’ve been told there is on site parking at pall mall, and it’s free! X

You don’t have the surgery in Manchester, the surgery will be at Newton le Willows. There is free parking but when we went last week it was full as it is also the car park for the local doctors xx

I’ve booked my hotel at the Ibis Styles Haydock for Pall Mall ‘Manchester’ it’s only a 10 minute drive from the hospital and continental breakfast is included in the price which will be great for the morning after the surgery!!
