Hi guys, I’m almost 4 weeks post op and get a lot of muscular pains in my pectoral muscles whenever I wake up. I’m still having to sleep at an angle, and if I accidentally slide down to flat, when I sit up it feels like my muscle around my implant is squeezing it and it’s painful mostly in my right breast. It usually goes away after I get up and about, but because of this I’m still having to sleep almost upright. Is this normal? I would have thought it should settle by now.

I had 375cc ultra high partial unders from a 32AA, 5’8″ and 54kg. I was thinking maybe because I have a narrow small chest and went from totally flat to having boobs which is causing a lot of muscle stretch, but I’m still having to take pain meds.

    Hey,
I’m no nurse but I think I read something about “morning boob” which sounds a bit like what you are having. Which is normal I believe from what I have read previously. Maybe look that up and if your still worried just contact your nurse. Hang in there and itll all be worth it!

Definitely morning boob! It will get better but it’s really uncomfortable when you have it.
