Ladies with children

How soon after the surgery (ba) were you able to look after your little ones alone? My little boy is 3 so dont have to lift him very often anymore. Thanks in advance for any advice

I’ve got a 2 year old and 8 month old I’m 8dpo and I’ve been picking them up since day one pretty much I’ve got 4 kids so it’s really hard not to do much after surgery but as long as you’re comfortable babe it hasn’t caused me any pain or problems xx

Wow! I had my surgery yesterday and although I don’t have children I don’t even like having to lift a coffee cup! Everyone is so different and there are so many variables I really would try and arrange a close friend or someone to be with you or at least on standby as much as possible, at least for the first week x

I’m worried about this too, I have a 1yr old and an 8yr old x

I have a 2&4 year old and my partner will be going back to work away after 6 days I’m dreading it, this is my second op tho so hoping it’s a bit easier xx
