Please help! Struggling to decide with little time

Hi, my surgery is next month and I’ve chosen 300cc round textured HP under the muscle but I’m constantly questioning my decision.

I’m 5ft 2, 8 stone with very little breast tissue and quite a short chest

I’m really hoping for a natural slightly dropped looking full breast that feels and looks like a natural boob as much as possible! Im struggling to imagine if a teardrop implant or round will look the best on my boobs and if I was to go with round, if smooth or textured will be the best in terms of natural-ness as I’ve heard textured move less and smooth drop more.. just messaged my surgeon and he’s said he needs to know before my pre op so I’m really stressing!

Has anyone had similar stats and looking breast before their BA? I feel like it’s hard to find someone with similar breasts to me before.

I can’t tell if my breasts are naturally quite teardrop shaped or not as I know if I got round this might help them look more tear dropped anyway and therefore won’t need the teardrop implant! I also feel as though my nipple is quite low down which I feel teardrop implants would help with?

I am 2/3 days post op, 5ft 4”, 52kg so similar body shape to you. I have had 2 children so my upper poles were quite ‘empty’ but overall similar shape of breasts to you. Firstly I think your nipple position is perfect (you said above you felt they were quite low) I have a larger areola but I think we are roughly the same.

I opted for. 290cc and 310cc mentor tear drop implants (my breasts were 32cc of a difference pre op) under the muscle. Reading your post you seem to want more of a natural look so if you are happy to spend the extra money I would go for the teardrop as once they settle you should have a more natural overall look and if going under the muscle the edge will be hidden.

I’m currently 9DPO (attached a photo) and recovering soooo well! I had 300CC HP under the muscle and it was the best decision ever. Obviously I’m still slightly swollen and yet to go through the ‘drop and fluff’ phase but I love them. I constantly questioned my decision prior to my op and I actually asked my surgeon to go bigger but he refused as the implant wouldn’t have fit and boy am I glad he didn’t!

I was a a 32a before hand with virtually no breast tissue (very similar to yourself). I have a fairly petite frame also, I’m a size 6 and 5’6.

@leah Hi Leah! I think we have the same surgeon just seen him repost your photo on his story! Yours look amazing!! Did you get textured? And did you feel you had a teardrop shaped breast beforehand or just completely flat? The shape yours look are just what I’m hoping for! Not too round looking and natural with a bit of a drop xxx

Hi, I’m also not sure what shape to get.

I also want a natural look, so am swaying towards the tear drop, however I’ve also seen some natural looking enlargements with the round implant. I don’t think I’ll be able to decide until I’ve seen the Surgeon.

I’d like to know what you went for and to see some pictures once you’ve had the op?

@becks It’s so so hard isn’t it! You see some amazing natural round looking ones but I’m not sure I’m willing to take the chance as I’m so flat on top I feel it would just look like a ball! I’ll definately let you know once I’ve decided and had my surgery which is 19th aug, thank you!

Hi, thank you so much for your reply! Do you have any before and after photos I could take a look at? I’ve been swaying back and forth toward teardrop for months and I have no idea what I’m yet to choose! Yeah I do agree and my surgeon does them the same price as round so that wouldn’t be a problem ugh can’t wait to just decide😂 at this rate I’ll be choosing on the day!

@leah your results are incredible!! 😍 have they dropped and fluffed more since this pic? Would love to see what your 1 month PO results are like if you don’t mind uploading another! We have similar pre-op stats and I’m thinking about getting 300cc

@kelsey I had textured, round, HP implants 😊 and I was completely flat! 😂 And he is fantastic! I honestly could not recommend a better surgeon! He’s going to be posting more pics of mine soon as I sent him some over so keep an eye on his Instagram. Mine is @leahphillips0 if you want to see how they look in bikinis etc.
