I’ve had unders as well. My Op was on Monday morning and getting out of bed is a real struggle.
I’m on my own next week and really worried. My son is only 2 and I feel I am going to struggle xx

Did you have unders as well? What pain relief did you take? What daily tasks were you able to do?
Sorry for all the questions lol. I’m close to day 5 and still seem to be struggling xx

That’s hard with a 2 year old as they don’t understand, my son is 5 so lucky that he’s able to do certain things. Just do with what you feel comfortable with and don’t push or strain yourself as you could cause damage. Try and take help where you can if it’s available xx

I’m 2 weeks post op now but I struggled doing anything really until day 8 or 9. I have two little ones 3 and 1 and it was such a struggle!

I’m just about starting to feel ok now to be honest. Other peiple seem to have much easier recoveries. I struggled quite a bit.

I would t try and push up it’s your arms you might do damage, be careful, I saw the nurse 3 days ago and I’m 21dpo and she’s still telling me to take it easy and no pressure on arms and no lifting x
