Post op 400cc

I had my operation on Monday (12th) so It’s been 2 days since my surgery. I am so far pleased with my results and have no negative feedback but I just want to know how other people felt after their op?
I literally can’t sit up on my own and it’s so painful if I move my arms. I wasn’t expecting it to be any easier than this I just want to know that I’m not the only one that feels like this and it is actually normal? I think I might be just overthinking it all but God it’s sore!

Hi Jess, I had my BA yesterday and same really, I feel quite well in myself but if I try to move my arms it is sooo painful. Not as bad as I expected but very sore and I feel I can’t stand up straight or it pulls. The worst is when your bum slips down the bed or sofa and you can’t use your arms to get up! I’m hoping it’s all normal and will get easier 🙂 happy healing x

It’s sooo sore isn’t it! I’m starting to be better during the day but in the morning after been in bed for hours getting up kills!
Is the middle part where your cleavage is swollen? Mine is super swollen, that’s the worst part of mine I think.
Are you happy with your results so far? I definitely am! (: x

Im still sore an had mine on 9th jan so week tomorrow! Feels so tender an bruised, spose everybody is different an after having 2 kids i thought i could deal with anything i cant even get changed still without help 🙁 xxx

Mine so far seems to be all in the right it feels like stabbing pains from my cleavage to my nipple. Still a bit shaky when I walk to but better than yesterday. Can’t imagine having to deal with young kids tbh, mine are older and have been really useful so far haha can’t really tell my result at the mo looking forward to having the strapping off to see. They look like little pyramids at the moment

Once you hit day 4 things will start getting easier. I was using my feet to open the fridge and freezer bcos I couldn’t pull the handle. Make sure you don’t use your hands to get up use your core!! Happy healing hun x

Thanks ladies! I Hope all you healing gets easier! Mine seems to of settled quite a bit, I’m just soooo numb! I can hardly feel any of my boob and none of my nipple. But I’m sooo happy I FINALLY have boobs woo xxx
