Post op bloating and back pain

Hello again! Girls who have had their op how long does it take for this horrible bloating to go away and when can you stand up straight again? Haha
Im 5 Dpo but my belly is huge and im all hunched over honestly couldnt look and feel any worse hahah! I need to go out and buy another bra but dont want to walk around like that is there any exercises or something i can do to get rid or ease this off?

My bloating, I’m sorry to say, lasted about 2weeks.
It was crazy! I felt like a whale, but I was told that boots digestion probiotic tablets really help, so I bought them and they really did! It says to start taking them after any antibiotics so that’s what I did, on day 7 I started taking them. You should be able to stay up a little straighter in the next few days x

My cramps lasted until day 7 the bloating started to go down around day 11ish. The bloating and cramps that came with it was actually the worst bit for me! And I stood up comfortably and stretched out straight around day 13ish.. I was still a little hunched but I didn’t feel the need to have my arms close to my chest by then. I was walking around like a t-rex hahaha! X

Yes I’m day two post op and my bum and back are both killing from sleeping upright and my stomach seems quite bloated too compared to usual xxx

Hi Shannon, someone on here recommended Aquaban tablets and they worked for me!

I was so bloated after my op I looked about 5 months pregnant!
You can get the tablets from Boots for about £2.50.

Hi shannon. When was your opp again? U also had mr mashhadi. I bumped into him on mon when i was there for my 1 week check. He couldnt believe my bloating. Said i looked 7 mnths pregnant and he hadnt known anyone this bad. Im now on day 10 and just praying at 2 weeks it goes down!!.
