I have been for my pre op today and asked what size post op sports bra to get and the lady I saw told me to get a 34D.. at the minute I’m a 34B and I’m having 425 and 450 cc hp implants, I was just wondering if this would be big enough as my pc said the size implants I’m having will probably make me 3 cup sizes bigger..
also does anyone reccomend a specific sports bra?? I was told today the m&s sports bras are good..

Hmm I was a 32b and got a 34D for post op after 275cc implants. It was too tight the first week and I bought bra extenders. I would say go up a back size and maybe another cup size or so than what she said…..

    See what others suggest too!

I had 450 unders from a 32b and I’m in a 34E sports bra so I’d say you would need bigger than what has been suggested x

Thank you both for replying!! I think I might try 34DD and 36DD and see which one is best afterwards x

I would ignore that totally I was 34a so smaller than you and I got an m&s high impact sports bra in a 34e which I couldn’t get on post op. It was far too tight with the swelling. I’m now 8wpo measuring 32FF and tried on that e sports bra yesterday and literally burst the zip haha! If I were you I would get a medium yianna bra from Amazon and a 36E sports bra from m&s and bring both on the day. Yianna was so comfy and is a great alternative to a Macom. X

Oh and I had 450cc sorry I would say being that your a b now you’ll end up similar size to me.

I think people say go up a back size for swelling, I wear a 36 anyways but think I’m really a 34, haven’t been measured in forever! Xx

Hey lovely. My op is in 13 days and I’ve just ordered a macom bra. The sizing is pretty much your back measurement only as the cups expand and mound to your breast size, so you don’t have to worry about getting a specific size like 34dd ect. I got the signature bra I’m only having 345cc currently at a 34a so I purchased a size 34, there is another type on there designed for bigger implants. They’re a bit more pricey but it’s worth it I guess you want to make sure you give your new boobs the best aftercare possible. I used the discount code SECRET on checkout aswell for 10% off found it online! Xxx

@sophiejayne95 Yeah I didn’t realise you only have to pick your back size in the macom I have been on the website, wish I would of ordered that first then got the m&s one once I new what size to get.. I’ve heard good things about the Amazon one too, thanks for your help anyway love xxx

Hey doll my macom bra has turned up and fits fab! I got the ultimate one and got my normal back size 32 and it has two size options on the bra but I am fitting the smaller one comfortably so I would probably say get your normal size and if you have the money maybe a size up aswell to see how you feel but worst case scenario keep the tag on and on surgery day if it doesn’t fit return it xxx

I was a 32b pre op and had 300cc and 350cc, I was told to get a 32D, mine was definitely snug to begin with but now at 3wpo it’s perfect. I think you’re more likely to need at least a DD if not an E. Xx

@nikkijames94 hey yeah I think it’s supposed to be quite fitted to start with but then once the swelling has gone down it should be comfortable the lady yesterday told me. Have you had your opp done ?? Xx
