I’m 20 dpo and I’ve been wearing my macom and sports bra all day and all night but I’ve had enough!
The material rubs against my scars and then they feel sore and it’s not because they are too tight, I guess it’s just because I’m wearing them all day long. I’ve taken my bra off tonight and just have a tshirt on and I feel so relieved and free but am nervous that I’m gonna harm the shaping/ settling of them but I just need to let them breath…
anyone else feeling the same and am I doing myself damage by having an eve off from a support bra?

well obviously we should all be following our own surgeons recommendations, but some people get told not to wear a bra at all for 6 weeks. just have them hanging free,so I doubt a few hours out of a bra will do any damage 🙂

Im three months post op and I took some pictures yesterday of mine and was shocked at how saggy they looked, I had spent the day before and night bra less, last night I put my bra back on and they look so much better today, don’t underestimate how good the post up bras are for you taking shape and settling, a few hours breather will be fine but don’t go without one overnight or too long x

I would buy an M&S high impact sports bra Hun. I didn’t like my Macon at all but love my M&S sports bras and still wear them loads now at 8mpo! Xx
